Effective September 4, 2006 there is no PA state sales tax on investment coins and investment bullion in the state of Pennsylvania. Thanks to the efforts of the entire PAN organization, Kathy Sarosi, PAN President and everyone at John Paul Sarosi INC who worked with the lobbyist, Pennsylvania investors are no longer penalized for purchasing tangible assets from Pennsylvania dealers. The Pennsylvania legislators listened! Your emails, telephone calls, faxes and letters helped gain their support.  Pennsylvania residents should call their State Senators and Representatives and thank them.
