Pennsylvania Association of Numismatists (PAN) Fall Coin Show

PURCHASING A TABLE ONLINE WILL NOT GET YOU INTO THE SHOW. If you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please print and mail (email or snail mail) the Dealer Contract by clicking on the link above. Your name will be added to the waiting list on the date it is received. No payment is due at this time. If a table becomes available, we will reach out with the details, and you can then determine whether you are still interested and want to submit payment.

DEALER TABLE HOLDERS:

Setup begins on Wednesday, October 21st, at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m.

There will be no access to the show floor before 3:00 p.m. unless previous arrangements have been made.

Badge registration will begin at 1:30 p.m. on the loading dock. You will have to wait in the loading dock area or in your vehicle until 3:00 p.m.

We will have the following three secure entry points for you to choose from to unload your vehicle. 1) the loading dock, 2) the front main entrance door, 3) the far left corner double doors in the front parking lot. Determine your table location and choose the closest entry point. Once you are done unloading, move your vehicle so the other dealers can start their unloading process.

Carts are available for a smooth and quick entry.

Complimentary pizza and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided at the back of the South Hall by the loading dock starting at approximately 2:00 p.m.

Dealer setup will continue on Thursday morning from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

The general public will enter at 12:00 p.m., with PAN members entering one hour earlier at 11:00 am.

Early Birds can enter on Wednesday starting at 4:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, they can enter at the same time as you at 8:00 a.m.

PAN does not honor or recognize Early Bird requests to be “PUT ON A DEALER’S TABLE”. All Early Birds must fill out an Early Bird Application (if not paying online) and pay the $100 fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PAN DUES:

Please remember every dealer, spouse, and table worker MUST be a PAN Member. Click HERE for information as to why dealers, table helpers, and spouses have to be PAN members.

Starting with our next show, we would appreciate it if you would pay the annual dues on the dealer contract when signing up for our PAN Spring Show. Since it is the first show of the year for PAN, this will help make it much easier for everyone to keep track. If you are a Life Member, you DO NOT pay annual dues. Your spouse can become an Associate Life Member for $50.00 if they choose that option. Employees and/or relatives pay the Associate Member fee of $8.00. If someone is under the age of 18, then they would pay $5.00 for the Junior Membership.
