Please note: Dealer Table Holders – setup begins on Wednesday May 27 at 3:00pm. There will be no access to the show floor before 3:00 pm unless previous arrangements have been made. Badge registration will begin at 2:00pm. You will have to wait in the loading dock area or in your vehicle until 3:00pm. We will have three secure entry points available to speed up the entry process: 1) the loading dock, 2) the front entry door, 3) the far left corner double doors at the front parking lot. Determine your table location and choose the closest entry point. Carts are available for a smooth and quick entry. Dealer setup continues on Thursday morning from 8:00am – 12:00 noon. The general public enters at noon. PAN members enter at 11:00am.

Early Birds – Two Early Bird fee options are available:

Premium Level at $100 – enter show floor at 3:00pm (same as table holders) on Wednesday. Thursday – Saturday enter at 8:00am, the same as table holders.

Regular Level at $50 – enter show floor at 4:00pm (not before) on Wednesday. Thursday – Saturday enter at 8:00am, the same as table holders.

PAN does not honor or recognize Early Dealer requests to be “PUT ON A DEALER’S TABLE”. All Early Birds must fill out an Early Bird form and pay $50 (regular) or $100 (premium) fee. NO EXCEPTIONS If your plan is to avoid an Early Bird fee by being on some dealer’s table, then don’t waste your time and expense to travel here!
