Update 12/18/20: The Coinage Bill has passed the Senate!
We will have Morgan and Peace dollars produced by the United States Mint in 2021. PAN President Tom Uram reported that the legislation has moved forward through the House and the Senate and will become law pending the expected President’s signature. Tom and fellow CCAC member Mike Moran along with PAN have been tirelessly working to get these significant coins minted. It appears through the efforts of some key Senators and some aggressive staffers that this coinage legislation will now become law. United States Mint Director David Ryder called Tom last night to congratulate him on a fine effort that made it under the wire before Congress leaves Washington D.C. for the year.
